Cancellation Policy
At Resilient One Med Spa, we value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To maintain a high standard of service and accommodate all clients, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients. 2. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." 3. Cancellation Fee: A fee of $111 will be applied for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or for no-shows. 4. Payment of Fees: The cancellation fee will be processed through the payment method used to secure your appointment. Continued failure to adhere to this policy may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
